DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Responsible for Sourcing, Screening, Interviewing, Testing and Analyze Candidates Potential (A-Z) Develop appropriate recommendation based on Psychological Test and Interview. Provide follow-up to ensure the recommendations were appropriate and useful. Applies ethnic and standards of professional practice as corporate recruiter. Create psychological, recruitment, database and new hire reports.
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor Degree in Psychology min GPA 3,00. Have at least 3 year of working experience as Recruiter. Have maximum age 30 years old. Understand psychological testing tools Competent in candidate sourcing and screening, also able to understand and analyze the needs of use Able to arrange KPI Strong interpersonal & communication skill. A good team player and enjoy to work with various people
