DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Responsible for enlivening quality improvement processes of the RedDoorz properties within the region
Ensures all quality activities, systems and processes are implemented, practiced, continuously measured and adhered upon
Responsible for overseeing and directing all aspects of the Quality and Productivity functions in each property within the region
Create and Provide training, guidance and direction to the PM team, Employees of the properties, and other employees in ensuring functions and activities are implemented, maintained, and continuously energized
Assist the RedDoorz management in the deployment of strategies and tactics to achieve the company mission and vision and to ensure the Business Goals and Objectives are met and continuously improved
Establish, Guide, inspect and maintain the effectiveness and efficiency of Property Executives in each the region
Amenities Distribution
Sending out starter kit for new live properties
REQUIREMENT
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.
Required language(s): English
At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field (housekeeping/hotel operation management) is required for this position.
Max Age : 27 years old
Strong interpersonal skills
Ability to pay attention to details and macro level management
