DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Assist customer in finding the issue, and follow up with them when the issue has been solved.
Creates Test Plans, Test Scenario's, Test Cases and Regression Test Suites
Coordinates and works with remote team members on assignments
Drives the assigned testing effort to success through communication and coordination
Manually Executes Test Cases and documents Bugs or Issues as identified
Troubleshoots to obtain any other useful information to isolate the issue
Responsible for providing management reporting for all activities including issues report and test iterations and any other reporting requirements as required by the organization
REQUIREMENT
Experience in using Redmine to create, report and manage issue • PHP experience
Good English communication and writing skills
It is a plus to have experiences in writing automated test case
