Check and verify absence report of subordinates and finish all required time sheet. Supervise loading/unloading activities and also the vehicle involved. Ensure to finish all documents which should be provided on time. Ensure the implementation of Health and Safety procedures during warehouse physical activities. Ensure the using of appropriate PPE referring to HSE standard. Discuss the potential problem may occur related to WMS (Warehouse Management System) to Manager. Ensure to do periodically stock check. Provide reports of cycle stock count or stock opname for Manager. Answer all questions from customer and or commercial team with proper way. Ensure to implement SOP for warehouse activities. Arrange delivery plan for all shipping list issued by customer. Ensure all shipments dispatched from warehouse arrived at destination in good condition. Determine number of human resources needed to finish targeted activities. Discuss with subordinates about working process and results/performance. Ensure the security of the cargo inside warehouse and or physical warehouse building. Complete all receive or dispatch control sheet. Implement the development program. Monitor the implementation activity and provide report to the Supervisor. Evaluate the implementation program and make continuous development. Discuss implementation problems occurred with related supervisor/leader or manager
