DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone) Conducting electrical safety checks on computer equipment.
REQUIREMENT

Degree in Engineering (Computer / Telecommunications) or equivalent 1-2 years’ experience in a field suitable for this position Proficient in English, both speaking and writing Excellent coordinating skill, follow up and task orientated and also interpersonal skills. Preferably Supervisor / Coordinator specialized in IT / Computers - Networks / Systems / Database Systems or equivalent.
