Job Descriptions:
Understand key drivers in sales and profit, use data analysis to drive category and brand performance across channels
Take ownership of the printables and digital products profitability and sales
Coordinating with marketing team to achieve retention, acquisition and traffic generation
Create product content for printables and digital products in accordance of different sales channels’ need and requirement
Generate KPI review in terms of product development, sales and profits in various channel.
Responsible of Ecommerce site Sales & traffic performance
Create marketing plan with marketing department, loyalty program and consumer promo
Manage merchandise assortment in terms price , no of sku , product mix and product segmentation (traffic puller, sale , niche & upcoming )
Design and create upselling and crosselling offering product product bundling
Monitor daily Ecommerce upper funnel, mid funnel & Lower funnel
Build product categories and product display in E-commerce site
Manage dashboard for sales optimization
Prepare marketing investment & promo cost & benefit analysis, weekly Commerce performance report
Experienced working with cross-functional members
Strong presentational skills
Strong digital sales knowledge
Key responsibilities
Has responsibility for the development and execution of the e-commerce container sales strategy for specific geographic area. Key focus is developing and executing a sales strategy utilizing a broad range of e-commerce approaches to reach new customers.
Driven to ensure delivery of container sales business objectives and targets.
Creates, articulates and drives the e-commerce sales strategies for varying container sales segments
Leverages understanding of new and existing digital tools and platforms to support development of the overall sales strategy
Has a hunter mentality in all aspects of sales approach. Capable of mining new resources and identifying prospective customers in growth segments
Strong ability to close new business via the phone and email. Capable of creating business relationships without requiring face to face meetings
Ensures optimal activity management and account management to truly understand customers and their needs
Oversees forecasting and budgeting processes to align with business goals
Drives online campaigns and actions to generate a healthy pipeline and yield
Drives the business via the e-platform and markets effectively in the needed online spaces
Actively maintains relationship with the equipment and operational teams involved
Assist with the creation and testing of email campaigns to ensure best customer experience
REQUIREMENT
Is recognized as an eCommerce B-2-B and B-2-C specialist in the organization.
A driven self-starter who works independently, with guidance in only the most complex situations.
Contributes through professional knowledge and has impact on the results of their function. Has established network in internal peer group and participates in external peer network. Contributes to wider decision making.
Understands e-Commerce and online sales and has a proven track record of rapidly developing online business.
Solves complex challenges based on accurate identification of underlying factors/causes and is aware of the impact of proposed solutions outside their own immediate area.
A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected as well as imagination and attention to detail
Has strong technical knowledge of the organization's products, services and sales techniques
Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures
