Manage operational and day-to-day sales activity in its areas Understand all products and their competitors Understand the pricing structure, distributor margins, payment systems and distributor financial administration Control the stock distributor Control the operations of the sales team and check the reports made by the sales and distributor teams Negotiate with distributors for infrastructure improvements or in terms of area development Regular update on data report and other administrative matters correctly and discipline and carry out the necessary analysis Implement and monitor programs both from Head Office and local programs Overcome complaints and answer objections from salesmen, distributors or outlets Achieve the targets and objectives set by the company Perform the functions of planning, organizing, actuating and controlling properly to achieve secondary sales targets Ensure the distribution, availability and visibility of GAFI products according to the standards set by the company Responsible to manage asset & infrastructure (freezer, cold storage, delivery van, etc) to achieve goals Improve service level on regular basis Seek & engage new opportunities for more outlet penetration
