DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Provide first level support to developers regarding issues, bugs, or questions as part of improving the developers Own the Mitrais Java Support Slack team and communicate with potentially 100+ developers Participate in meetups, hackathons, forums, blogs, social media, etc. to provide information to and gather feedback from the broader developer community
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science with equivalent work experience Good written and verbal communication skills, especially regarding technical content for an audience of developers A passion for understanding and helping developers and the pain points of developing on an unfamiliar platform Ability to simplify complex ideas for developers unfamiliar with concepts of our platform or of Healthcare systems Experience reading and writing code within a complex code base with real world production usage, especially building on a third party web APIs Hands on experience writing code in Java and JavaScript, especially on server side development Comfortable with quickly context switching between multiple developers and their projects without losing information Experience working with existing large developer ecosystems and platforms are highly regarded Experience with service based architecture, micro services, distributed systems are highly regarded Familiar with the latest Java Technology
