DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Provide financial support to the finance department Prepare and maintain accounting document and reporting accurately. Review and verify the accuracy of invoices and other accounting documents or records. Maintain the accounting policies and procedures. Daily update, verify and maintain accounting journals and ledgers and other financial records Assist in month end reporting procedures Research, track and restore accounting or documentation problems and discrepancies Inform management and compile reports/summaries on activity areas Function in accordance with established standards, procedures and applicable laws
REQUIREMENT

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent from reputable university Have a skill in Financial Reporting Familiarity with bookkeeping and basic accounting procedures Competency in MS Office, databases, and accounting software Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and financial reports Accuracy, attention to the detail, honest, and ability to multi-tasking Ability to perform filling and record keeping tasks Data entry and word processing skills Well organized At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
