DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Responsible for emergency the team spirit and motivation all staff.
As a representative of senior managment, housekeeping supervisor will be called upon to deal with guest problems of complaint related to the maintenance of the rooms.
Responsible for the general appearance of the rooms and their bathrooms, cleanliness,, working conditions of the equipment, the overall decor and atmosphere.
Informs maintenance of any defaults ( TV out of order, tap not working, lighting, etc) and checks upon repairing.
Is responsible for the laundry service of the hotel ( if applicable ).
Supervises the general cleaning, the general appearance and the decor of all working areas and offices of the hotel.
Manages the stocks of guests supplies and advertising documents and supervises their distribution.
Is responsible for all equipment used in his deparment as well as the cleaning supplies.
Ensures that inspection norms set by the Housekeeping Manager are implemented and regularly adhered to.
oversees the daily movement of guest activities and be ables to resolve any guest complaints
REQUIREMENT
Experience in hotel min 3 years
Having strong leadership skill and good communication skill
Could work in a team and work uderpressure
good spoken english
