Preparation of HRAD Departments correspondences that includes Appointment Letters, Confirmation Letters, Transfer Letter, Promotion Letter, Salary Review & etc. To prepare HR periodical and ad hoc reports, such as Staff Movement, Staff Turnover, leave record, medical expenses and etc. To control, replenish and record the office and administrative purchases (eg. stationery, pantries and toiletries, and furniture etc.) To carry out employee benefits and welfare activities which include company trip and function organizing, uniforms distribution, products/gifts distribution, transportation and accommodation arrangement, etc. To perform any other Office & General Admin and IT Support duties as assigned.
