To monitor and assist construction manager on all site matters. To supervise construction work and to manage construction contracts. To review sub-contractors’ performance and evaluate progress of works and claims. Monitor and ensure that the appointed architect makes through inspect prior to the expiry of defects liability period. Ensure all construction staff is briefed on Quality, Safety & Health and Environmental Policy and that they execute the works in accordance with the policy. Interface with Employer's Representative and Superintending Officer's Representative at job site to review the technical matters.
