Mengkomunikasikan setiap tahapan dan hasil dari proses interview kepada Kandidat dan User. Meng-update proses rekrutmen sesuai proses rekrut setiap pelamar di aplikasi OR. Berkoordinasi dengan tim RS (Region Service) untuk setiap administrasi karyawan baru. Membuat OL (Offering Letter) dan AL (Agreement Letter) sesuai dengan level jabatan yang telah ditentukan. Melakukan visit cabang yang mendapatkan kategori Red Flag (bermasalah). Membuat report terkait dengan visit cabang. Memastikan proses rekrutmen berjalan sesuai dengan kebutuhan bisnis dan sesuai dengan waktu yang dibutuhkan.
