Memonitor secara langsung pencapaian cabang-cabang. MANAGE OPERATION Memberikan laporan kegiatan opersional dan promosi secara berkala melaporkan program kerja dan kegiatan-kegiatan yang telah dilakukan oleh cabang cabang di wilayahnya kepada atasan. Memantau, memeriksa dan menyetujui kinerja DSPS/DSPM, DSPE dan SMR sebagai bahan penilaian dan pemberian reward / insentif bulanan. Bersinergi dengan departemen internal untuk kelancaran operasional cabang. Melakukan kunjungan secara berkala ke cabang - cabang untuk memantau program trade, program promosi, kunjungan ke outlet2 dan juga memantau semua kinerja operasional di cabang. Melakukan pengawasan terhadap produk retur di area tanggungjawabnya.
