1. Building and maintaining strong customer relationships with key clients to maximize mutual business growth
2. Negotiation: Secure favorable terms and agreements for the business while ensuring mutual satisfaction
3. Executing in-store and trade activations to drive visibility and sell-out
4. Providing market insights and competitor feedback to support strategic planning
5. Ensuring product availability, visibility, and compliance with brand guidelines
6. Supporting new product launches and promotional campaigns
7. Collaborating cross-functionally with marketing, supply chain, and finance teams
8. Analyse ROI and complete closing report
9. Responsible for Kaohsiung, Pingtung Areas (Job scope and location may be adjusted per labor laws)
REQUIREMENT
1. Proven success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Strong negotiation abilities with a focus on closing deals.
4. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and competitive sales environment.
5. Self-motivated and results-driven.
6. At least 2 years sales function working experience in related industry.
7. Driving license and Car is a must.
