DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

1. Provide first-level IT support for internal users via phone, email, chat, and ticketing systems, 2. Troubleshoot hardware, software, desktop, printer, and network issues, 3. Record, track, and resolve IT support tickets efficiently, 4. Set up accounts, permissions, devices, and onboarding support for new employees, 5. Manage account deactivation and device collection for off-boarding employees, 6. Support daily IT requests such as password resets and software installation, 7. Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot laptops, desktops, monitors, and printers, 8. Ensure software updates and security patches are properly installed, 9. Create technical documentation and user guides for common IT issues, 10. Monitor and support network and system operations to ensure smooth performance.
REQUIREMENT

1. At least 3 years of work experience in similar positions (IT Helpdesk, Desktop Support), 2. Proficient in the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of the Windows 10/11 operating system, 3. Has solid computer hardware knowledge, 4. Solid experience in network concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN), 5. Excellent client service awareness and communication skills, able to communicate with non-technical personnel in a patient and clear manner, 6. Proactive at work, with a strong sense of responsibility and teamwork spirit.
