DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Supervise, coach, and motivate a team of field sales representatives. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company objectives and targets. Allocate territories and set sales targets for individual representatives. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders. Conduct training sessions to enhance the skills and product knowledge of the sales team. Monitor sales performance and provide regular feedback to team members to ensure targets are met. Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities. Prepare accurate and timely sales reports Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing fields of consumer goods. Most likely in the pharmaceutical distribution industry in supervisory level. Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, including market dynamics, regulatory requirements, and product knowledge. Proven ability to lead and inspire a team to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and motivate team members. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to analyze sales data, identify trends, and develop effective strategies. Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Willing to be placed in Jakarta- Tangerang Have Driving License A and C (SIM A and SIM C) Ability to communicate in English (Passive)
