DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, offboarding, staff confirmation, and internal transfers.
Prepare and issue HR-related documentation such as offer letters, medical letters, transfer letters, confirmation letters, and other employment-related correspondence.
Ensure timely and accurate onboarding processes, including employee data setup, account registration, and system access coordination.
Maintain and update employee records in the HR system, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality at all times.
Act as the point of contact for HR system matters, including troubleshooting issues and liaising with external vendors for system support and maintenance.
Monitor employee confirmation timelines and coordinate with line managers to ensure timely evaluations and confirmation processing.
Support internal transfer processes, including documentation and stakeholder communication.
Handle offboarding processes, ensuring proper clearance, documentation, and system deactivation.
Perform HR administrative and operational tasks to support day-to-day HR functions efficiently.
Ensure compliance with company policies and local labour regulations in all HR operations processes.
REQUIREMENT
-Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
-Minimum 3 years of experience in HR.
-Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
-Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems.
-Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
-Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
