DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods
Ensure inventory accuracy and conduct regular stock control and audits
Lead, manage, and supervise warehouse teams to ensure efficiency and productivity
Optimize warehouse layout to maximize space utilization and operational efficiency
Develop, implement, and enforce SOPs to ensure smooth and standardized operations
Monitor inbound and outbound processes to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (logistics, purchasing, sales, etc.) to support business operations
Analyze warehouse performance and prepare regular reports
Identify process improvements and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Ensure compliance with safety, security, and housekeeping standards within the warehouse
REQUIREMENT
Bachelor's Degree is a MUST Minimum 5+ years of experience in warehouse/logistics operations, with prior experience in a supervisory or managerial role Having basic excell skill (VLOOKUP) Strong leadership and people management skills Proven ability to manage teams and work in a fast-paced environment Solid understanding of inventory management and warehouse operations Experience in developing SOPs and improving operational efficiency Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Excellent communication and coordination abilities Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is a plus Willing to be hands-on and work on-site in warehouse operations
