DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

1. Sales Execution & Revenue Generation Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for assigned territory and customer portfolio Prepare and present sales quotations, proposals, and equipment recommendations to clients Identify and pursue new business opportunities within designated market segments Support the sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring smooth handover to operations teams Negotiate contracts and close deals in line with company pricing strategies and policies 2. Account Management & Client Relationships Build and sustain strong, long-term relationships with existing and potential clients Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction Conduct regular client meetings and site visits to understand equipment needs and project requirements 3. Market Intelligence & Business Development Support Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities across HK and Macau Monitor competitor pricing, equipment offerings, and service levels to inform sales strategy Identify emerging opportunities in infrastructure projects and events sector 4. Cross-Functional Collaboration Liaise closely with operations and technical services teams to ensure equipment availability and timely delivery Coordinate with marketing on promotional activities, trade shows, and industry events Work with finance on payment collection, resolving overdue accounts, and facilitating commission processes 5. Reporting & Performance Management Track and report on sales performance metrics, pipeline status, and forecasts to the Management Prepare monthly sales reports and business reviews highlighting achievements, challenges, and recommendations Monitor sales data and proactively drive actions to meet or exceed targets
REQUIREMENT

· Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related discipline. · Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, less experience will be considered for the post of Sales Executive. · Proven experience in relationship building, negotiation, and closing technical deals. · Experience in equipment rental/construction industry is a plus. · Understanding of construction/event equipment (generators, lifts, cranes, material handling) is highly desirable. · Experience in preparing E&M drawings and specifications is an advantage. · Excellent command of English, Chinese & Putonghua. · Possess HK driving license is required.
