DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Prospecting & acquisition: identify and open new outlets (hotels, restaurants, cafes, catering, bars) within the assigned area.
Account management: conduct regular visits to existing clients, handle needs and complaints, and maintain loyalty.
Target achievement: meet sales targets (volume/value), distribution goals, and other KPIs (e.g., number of active outlets).
Presentation & negotiation: present products, conduct demos/offers, negotiate pricing, promo programs, listing fees, and payment terms.
Order & distribution: take orders and coordinate with logistics/warehouse teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
Merchandising: ensure product display, menu placement, serving standards (for ingredients/beverages), and adequate stock.
Reporting: prepare visit reports, daily/weekly sales reports, competitor activity, and market feedback
Collection: monitor receivables and assist with collection process per SOP.
Event support: support promotions, food tastings, outlet staff training, or HORECA events
REQUIREMENT
Minimum Bachelor’s degree in any field (business/food tech preferred)
Sales experience, especially in HORECA/FMCG/food service, is a plus
Strong HORECA outlet network, good communication and negotiation skills, target-driven
Valid driver’s license and willing to work in the field
