Key Performance Indicators Revenue achievement vs. target (monthly/annual) Gross margin delivery as per budget Collection Tragets to be achieved monthly New customer acquisition and onboarding Growth from existing accounts through upselling and cross‑selling Customer retention and relationship strength Pipeline management and market development Experience 4 to 7 years of experience in FnV / F&B / FMCG in the Hospitality (HoReCa) segment Must have experience handling key accounts in the 5‑star hotel category (Groups / Chains) Strong background in customer relationship management and service follow‑through Good understanding of HoReCa supply chain, food safety, and fresh produce handling Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment Excellent communication and presentation skills Strong negotiation and commercial acumen Ability to manage stakeholders at various levels High energy, proactive, go‑getter mindset Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams (Supply Chain, Operations, Finance) Good understanding of local HoReCa market landscape Demonstrated ability to close business and expand customer accounts
