DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Proactively identify and pursue new sales leads, leveraging your strong networking skills and industry expertise Develop and maintain long-lasting relationships with existing clients, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction Prepare and present persuasive sales proposals, negotiations and pitches to secure new business deals Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand client requirements and deliver tailored solutions Consistently meet and exceed individual and team sales targets and objectives Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors and market dynamics to identify new opportunities Contribute to the development and implementation of effective sales strategies and initiatives
REQUIREMENT

Proven track record of success in a sales or business development role, preferably within the specified industry Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills with the ability to influence and persuade Strong commercial acumen and the ability to understand and address client needs Proven ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment Proactive, customer-centric mindset with a keen focus on achieving results Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication or a related fields Minimum 2 - 3 years of experience in Sales Executive and proven experience in B2B and Retail sales, preferably in the Labeling and Packaging industry Target-oriented with strong negotiation and presentation abilities Excellent communication, persuasive, target-driven and proficient in English, both spoken and written Have a private vehicle and an active driving license (C/A) as a requirement for work mobility
