DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Monitor payments from customers that are due date and overdue Joint Visit to customers with Baker who work less than 3 months or Sales executive who do not Perform relate with Outlet Active (OA) and volume Checking the realization of the Promotion Program, Demo Results in the Community / One on One Encourage and monitor Sales Executive Incentive Achievement to reach 100% in accordance with the provisions Marketing Intelligence Product of Jaya Fermex and Competitor taking attention to the low perform sales executive and encourage them to improve their performance Brief and motivate the Sales executive to achieve Project targets and goals. Periodically review the of Sales Executives based on sub-districts/visits to be more effective in the field. Perform sales & debt collection to existing Customers for help sales executive who are absent at work Assist test baker to perform baking demo activities in Branch.
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor’s degree from any major university Have an experience as Min 2 years as Sales Supervisor in Bakery Ingredients, Food Ingredients, or FMCG Food categories Have a good understanding in Bakery Ingredients Business and Process. Have driver's License (SIM A & SIM C ) & willing to bring their own motorcycle Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal communication. Ability to identify potential areas of growth and identify new business partnership opportunities. Fluent in English; Tiochiu proficiency is a plus. Placement in Surabaya, Medan
