DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

User Support: Act as the first point of contact for technical issues, providing friendly and helpful assistance via phone, email, or in person. Remote User Support: Support users remotely including Switzerland, Dubai, Hong Kong & Singapore. Troubleshooting: Resolve basic Windows OS issues and hardware connectivity problems. M365 Management: Assist users with Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint. Account Setup: Manage user permissions and basic account configurations for new joiners and leavers. Documentation: Maintain simple logs of support requests and solutions to help the team improve.
REQUIREMENT

Soft Skills (Highest Priority): Positive Mindset: A "can-do" approach to problem-solving. Communication: Ability to explain technical fixes in simple, non-technical language. Empathy: Patience when dealing with frustrated users or repetitive issues. Technical Skills: Windows: Comfortable troubleshooting Windows 11 environments. Microsoft 365: Functional knowledge of the M365 suite and admin basics. Basic Networking: Understanding of Wi-Fi, printers, and basic internet connectivity.
