DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Provide hands-on technical support for troubleshooting and repairing coffee machines, both in person and remotely. Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to espresso machines, coffee grinders, brewers, and other related equipment. Schedule and prioritize repair requests, ensuring timely and efficient completion of service calls and liaise with suppliers or manufacturers for spare-part items. Act as the primary point of contact for customers requiring technical support or repair services, communicate and maintain positive and professional relationship with customers to ensure customer satisfaction. Oversee inventory management for spare parts, ensuring an adequate stock of commonly used items,order parts from suppliers, and manage returns or exchanges as necessary. Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and customer feedback in a centralized database and ensure compliance with safety standards and maintain thorough documentation for warranty purposes.
REQUIREMENT

Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a technical support or repair management role, preferably within the coffee equipment or related industries. Technical certification in electric, electronic or mechanical systems (or any related) Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written. Organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities. Ability for sales pitch will be advantage. Office based with frequent visits to customer locations for on-site repairs. Some travel may be required for repair service calls and occasional after-hours work may be necessary for urgent service request.
