DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Manage full recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, to new hire orientations and documentation.
Handle on-boarding and off-boarding matters, employment confirmation, contract renewal, and any other employment document.
Maintain and update employees’ databases, both HRIS and Personal Files.
Work pass administration and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Assist on corporate insurance and claims administration.
Oversee training administration, including course coordination, maintenance of training records, funding or grant claims, and compliance tracking.
Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Assist in internal ISO Audit and MOM survey.
Perform any other duties as assigned by the HR Manager.
REQUIREMENT
Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of HR generalist experience in Singapore, strong emphasis on recruitment
Strong working knowledge of Singapore Employment Act and HR best practices.
Resourceful, proactive, and able to take initiative.
Strong organisational and time-management skills.
High level of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality.
