DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Providing technical support yo end-users and resolving technnical issues.
Conducting reguler system maintenance and backups.
Troubleshooting network and connectivity issues.
Collaborating with IT team to design and implement new systems and solutions.
Escalating complex technical issues to IT manager as Required.
Monitor system perfomance and troubleshoot issues to ensure availability aligned with system planning.
Apply OS patches and upgrades on reguler basis.
Document system configurations, procedures, and changes.
Collaborate with vendors and other IT professionals to resolve issues.
Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
Generate reguler report covering capcity, availablity and issues
Monitor Server Room Environment and facilities (Fire/smoke/Water leakage) and Power Supplies (UPS), and escalate should there are related issues.
REQUIREMENT
Min. D3 major in Information Technology
3 years of experience as IT support or IT Administrator
Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux systems, virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), and preferable have experience managing cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
Understanding of networking protocols and services (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP)
Experience with monitoring tools (e.g SolarWind, Nagios, Zabbix).
Language Indonesia and English (passive).
