DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets Identify and develop new customers, markets, and business opportunities Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors Understand customer requirements and propose suitable automation and instrumentation solutions Prepare and deliver technical presentations, proposals, and quotations Coordinate with engineering and technical teams to ensure accurate solution design and delivery Negotiate commercial terms and close sales deals Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support when required Areas of developing expertise: Industrial Instrumentation, Automation, Control and Condition Monitoring
REQUIREMENT

Min 2–3 years of experience in technical sales, preferably in Instrumentation, Automation, and Control Experience in sales in Industries like Marine, Oil & Gas, Food, Power, Pharmaceuticals and other industries. Strong knowledge of industrial automation systems, control systems, and instrumentation products Knowledge of Hazardous Area / ATEX products and marine certifications will be an edge Hands-on experience with controllers, PLCs, control panels and field instruments (Preferred) Experienced in dealing with End Users, Panel builders, system integrators, vessel owners and machine builders. Proven ability to generate sales and develop business independently Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, mechatronics or related field preferred) Fluent English Speaking, listening and writing skills Valid UAE driving license (mandatory) Ability to work independently and as part of a team Willingness to travel within the UAE as required
