Handling Maintenance Agreements Renewal : Crafting proposals, negotiating terms, and overseeing the renewal of maintenance agreements, including parts and services.
Administering Tender Procedures : Managing documentation, submissions, and conducting interviews for the procurement of parts and services contracts.
Liaising with Clients and Inter-Divisions : Collaborating with clients and internal teams to achieve sales targets, particularly in parts sales and services.
Customer-Related Administration : Monitoring payments, addressing complaints and ensuring customer satisfaction in parts and services transactions.
Preparing Quotations : Developing detailed quotations for parts and services, and diligently following up with clients to monitor progress.
Sales Activities: Implementing sales strategies for parts and repairs services, ensuring customer needs are met effectively.
Sales Promotional Activities : Organizing seminars, presentations, and other promotional events to boost parts and services sales.
Market Intelligence and Analysis : Collecting market data, conducting analysis, and supporting the Sales Manager / Senior Sales Manager in formulating successful sales strategies for parts and services.
REQUIREMENT
Degree holder in Business, Engineering, or related field
Minimum 3 years relevant work experience in sales, preferably in lift industry or related industry
Strong technical knowledge of elevator systems and components
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
