DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Supervise daily finance operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities. Assist in the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to support management decision-making. Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, and relevant financial regulations. Coordinate with other departments to provide financial data and support for business operations and projects. Guide and support finance staff in their daily tasks, promoting accuracy and efficiency.
REQUIREMENT

A bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in finance or accounting, preferably within the manufacturing industry. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and compliance requirements. Good analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Solid communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams. Ability to work under tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
