Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the import/export and customs market Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure a positive experience for all clients Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and new products/services
REQUIREMENT

Proven track record of success in a sales or customer-facing role, preferably within the import/export or customs industry Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust with clients Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills to deliver the best outcomes for customers Proactive and self-motivated, with a passion for exceeding targets and delivering results Familiarity with import/export regulations and customs procedures is highly desirable
