DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Lead and develop the Finance, Accounting, and Tax teams to ensure effective performance and achievement of targets. Manage all financial transaction recordings, financial statement preparations (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow), ensuring accuracy and timely reporting. Prepare and monitor budgeting and financial forecasting to support operational efficiency and strategic business decision-making. Control cash flow, operational expenses, and costing (COGS) to maintain the company’s financial health. Ensure all tax obligations (Income Tax, VAT, Tax Returns) are carried out accurately and in compliance with applicable regulations. Act as the PIC for external audits and tax inspections, ensuring compliance with Indonesian accounting and taxation regulations. Implement effective internal controls to prevent misstatements and mitigate fraud risks. Provide strategic financial analysis and insights to management for sound business decisions. Coordinate cross-departmentally on financial matters and operational policy alignment.
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (Diploma accepted with relevant experience). Minimum 3 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, and Tax at a Supervisor/Team Leader level. Experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus. Strong knowledge of PSAK/IFRS, taxation regulations, and possession of Brevet A & B certificates is an advantage. Proficient in accounting software (Accurate, SAP, Jurnal, Odoo, etc.) and highly skilled in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets. Demonstrated leadership, analytical, and communication skills. Meticulous, honest, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure. Willing to be placed in Surabaya.
