REQUIREMENT
Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field. Minimum 1–3 years of relevant experience in tender handling or administrative support, preferably in a corporate or government-facing environment. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and [Insert other languages if required]. Attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Familiarity with government e-tendering portals and submission procedures is an added advantage. Preferred Traits: Responsible, dependable, and proactive in handling follow-ups. Able to work independently and as part of a team. High level of integrity and professionalism in dealing with confidential documents and official communications.
