DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
1. Employee Data and Documentation
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee data in the HR Information System (HRIS), including licensed personnel under OJK/IDX.
Ensure proper documentation for employees who hold WMI, WPPE, WPEE, or related certifications, and monitor license validity and renewal schedules.
Handle employment contract preparation, extensions, and documentation in compliance with internal policies and OJK labor regulations.
Manage onboarding and offboarding documentation, ensuring completeness for both operational and compliance purposes.

Ensure all HR operational practices align with OJK, IDX, and labor law requirements.
Assist in preparing HR-related data for OJK/IDX reporting (e.g., employee list, license status, training records).
Support internal and external audit processes by providing HR documentation and data as requested.
6. Coordination and Process Improvement
Liaise with the Head Office HR team to implement company-wide HR initiatives and compliance programs.
Support the improvement of HR operational efficiency through process automation or documentation standardization.
Maintain confidentiality and ensure professional handling of sensitive employee information.
REQUIREMENT
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Management, or related field.
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in HR operations, preferably in the financial services or securities industry.
Strong administrative, analytical, and communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
