DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Lead, coordinate, and supervise the recruitment team to achieve hiring targets effectively and efficiently. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection. Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies and employer branding initiatives to attract top talent. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to support current and future organizational needs. Partner closely with department heads to understand hiring requirements and support workforce planning. Monitor, analyze, and report recruitment metrics to management for continuous improvement. Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience that reflects the company’s culture and values. Utilize HRIS or Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to manage recruitment activities and maintain data accuracy.
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor's degree in Psychology. Minimum 4 years of experience in recruitment/talent acquisition, with at least 2 years in a assistant manager role. Proficient in sourcing techniques, recruitment metrics, employer branding, and organizational development chart. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. Able to work in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail. Familiar with Sunfish. Willing to be placed at ASG Tower - North Jakarta.
