DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Lead regional sales growth across Southeast Asia and Central Asia. Retain and expand relationships with existing clients while identifying new customers and partnership opportunities. Develop and execute tailored go-to-market strategies. Conduct competitive analysis and market intelligence to support strategy. Own and manage the sales pipeline from lead generation to closure. Drive upselling and cross-selling initiatives across accounts. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows. Lead and mentor a team of Commercial Account Managers / Executives. Manage cross-border commercial initiatives such as pricing, contract standardization, and compliance. Ensure accurate forecasting, reporting, and pipeline dashboards.
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor’s degree (Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related). 10+ years of industrial B2B technical sales experience, with exposure to regional/international markets. Strong track record in solution-selling, business development, and account management. Proven experience handling customized products/solutions for tobacco manufacturers or large industrial clients. Excellent leadership and mentoring capabilities. Fluent in English and Bahasa. Willing to travel frequently across SEA & Central Asia. Strong understanding of sales, supply chain, and customer service processes. Familiar with CRM and sales tools (Salesforce, Tableau, Power BI).
