DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to identify and attract qualified IT candidates Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and craft compelling job descriptions Source candidates through a variety of channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure they meet the required qualifications and cultural fit Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial contact to successful onboarding Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT professionals Provide regular updates and reporting on recruitment activities and metrics Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and changes in employment legislation
REQUIREMENT

Minimum 3 years of experience in IT recruitment or a related field Strong understanding of the IT industry and the ability to identify top talent Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with both candidates and hiring managers Proficient in sourcing and screening candidates using various recruitment tools and methods Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong organisational and time management skills Adaptable to change and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
