DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

§ Create ID Billing for Monthly Witholding Tax § Input Monthly Witholding Tax on Tax Online System § Create ID Billing for monthly VAT § Input Monthly VAT on web e-faktur/Coretax § Sent Monthly Tax Slip to vendor § Collecting Monthly Tax Slip (prepaid 23) from customer § Input DGT and COR on Tax Online system § All invoices are checked for validity before payment is made. § Ensure payments are made in a timely fashion. § Able to assist in preparing OJK reports. § Manage prepaid, accrual, fixed asset reports every month. § Other administrative tasks (collecting tax documents, tax filing, journal filing etc)
REQUIREMENT

Minimum diploma degree in Taxation/Accounting major § Minimum 2 years in job related experiences § Having work experience in an insurance broker company will be advantageous. § Have good knowledge about Tax Regulation in Indonesia § have a good knowledge of insurance brokers' reports related to OJK § Able to work under minimum supervision § Good interpersonal, communication and technical skills to execute assignments and communicate issues or recommendations effectively § High integrity and excellent work ethics, with strong sense of responsibility, commitment and discipline § Self-motivated, proactive and able to work independently in a fast-paced and demanding environment, within tight deadlines § Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, good team player, willing learner and meticulous with an eye for detail
