DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Lead and manage software testing and promotion activities across environments. Develop and execute test strategies, plans, and cases. Ensure smooth test-to-production promotion by coordinating with development and operations teams. Monitor test progress, identify risks, and ensure quality assurance standards. Provide technical guidance to junior testers and improve testing framework.
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field. 5+ years of experience in software testing, QA, or release management in BANKING INDUSTRY IS A MUST. Strong knowledge of test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, JUnit). Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
