REQUIREMENT
Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate in Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent. Required Languages: Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin (for dealing with customer and supplier purpose) At least 5 Year(s) of working experience as a Manager in the manufacturing environment preferably in Plastic Injection or Electrical Assembly environments Must a hands on person with strong leadership skills Strong interpersonal skills, self-motivated and have good communication skills Plan, organize, direct and control on the aspects of manpower, machine & equipment capacity and to maximize resource utilization To continuously look into ways to enhance the productivity of the production by utilizing machine capacity and manpower in an optimum way Able to collaborate with other departments Exposure in handling ERP system.
