DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Develop and implement effective procurement strategies to secure the best value for the company Manage the end-to-end purchasing process, from sourcing and negotiating with suppliers to tracking and monitoring inventory levels Collaborate cross-functionally with production, logistics and finance teams to align procurement with business objectives Analyse purchasing data and generate reports to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve efficiency Maintain strong supplier relationships and continuously evaluate the performance of the supply chain Lead and mentor a team of procurement professionals to drive continuous improvement
REQUIREMENT

Proven track record of at least 8 years in a purchasing or procurement management role, ideally within the manufacturing or logistics industry Excellent negotiation and contract management skills, with the ability to drive favourable terms and conditions Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with experience in data analysis and reporting Proficiency in relevant procurement software and systems Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field If you are ready to take the next step in your career and join a leading player in the aviation industry, we encourage you to apply now.
