DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Ensure all warehouse activities comply with SOP (Standard Operating Procedure).
Manage and monitor inbound (goods receipt), storage, and outbound (goods dispatch) processes.
Lead and develop the warehouse team (staff and operators).
Prepare work schedules and evaluate employee performance.
Ensure stock accuracy through cycle counts and regular stocktaking.
Follow up on stock discrepancies and inventory reports.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports related to warehouse activities.
Provide supporting data for audits or management needs.
Collaborate with transportation, customer service, and procurement teams to ensure smooth operations.
Analyze and propose process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in the warehouse.
Maintain the security of warehouse goods and assets.
Implement Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) principles and ensure a safe working environment.
REQUIREMENT
Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) in Logistics, Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience as an Assistant Warehouse Manager in warehouse/logistics operations. Proven experience in leading warehouse operational teams. Proficient in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS). Strong skills in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint are required. Good understanding of inbound, storage, outbound, inventory control, and return processes. Strong leadership and managerial abilities. Must be proficient in English, both spoken and written Communicative and able to work well in a team. Detail-oriented, responsive, and able to work under pressure. Knowledgeable about Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) principles.
