DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Preparing and process financial documents such as bills, receipts, and invoices. Update and maintain database, financial records, and filing systems. Track and monitor financial transactions. Manage and maintain Accounts Payable. Handle bank administrative matters. Listing taxation and handling the tax invoices. Compile financial spreadsheets, reports, statements, and other required documents. Ensure the accuracy of an organisation’s financial documents for payment, audit and tax purposes Clarify any questionable invoice items, prices or receiving signatures Monitor and ensure timely payments to vendors.
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor's degree in Accounting Minimum 2 years of experience, preferably in the fashion retail industry Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Strong knowledge and skills in Accurate Systems Excellent communication skills, with strong analytical and detail-oriented abilities.
