DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Lead the finance and accounting team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and compliance Oversee accounts payable and receivable, payroll, tax filings, and other day-to-day financial operations Provide expert financial analysis and advice to the executive team to support strategic decision making Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and controls to drive operational efficiency Collaborate cross-functionally to integrate financial goals with broader business objectives Monitor financial performance against targets and identify areas for improvement Lead the annual audit process and liaise with external auditors Mentor and develop the finance and accounting team Controlling AR, AP, Service Charge, and Sinking Fund.
REQUIREMENT

At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in Finance/Accounting and have experience as a Chief/Coordinator/Manager. Proven track record of senior finance leadership in the property or real estate sector Expert knowledge of accounting standards, statutory reporting requirements, and tax regulations and PSAK71/72/73. Excellent financial analysis and reporting skills, with the ability to translate complex financial data into meaningful business insights Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking to support the wider business objectives Adept at managing multiple priorities and leading a high-performing team Fluent in English and Indonesian
