DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

As a Senior Product Manager - Search, you will be responsible for translating business strategies into actionable product strategies and managing the full lifecycle of in-life products, from capturing customer feedback to handling product issues and requirements. You will execute product plans, evaluate work standards, and provide strategic insights to management on both product performance and market trends. Your role includes continuous monitoring and improvement of product performance while ensuring regular progress updates and fulfilling tasks assigned by the supervisor.
REQUIREMENT

Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Engineering, or Information Engineering At least 3 years of experience as a Product Manager Strong analytical skills with experience in A/B Testing and data-driven decision-making Proficient in using tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Google Data Studio / Google Looker Studio, and Google Analytics Understanding of search engines and algorithm fundamentals Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills
