DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Supervise and coordinate daily purchasing operations for the school (classroom materials, office supplies, CAPEX, trips, etc).
Source and assess new vendors to ensure competitive pricing and reliable service.
Maintain vendor’s legal documents.
Review and evaluate vendor performance regularly and identify opportunities for improvement or cost reduction.
Build and maintain strong vendor relationships, ensuring alignment with the school's goals.
Collaborate with internal departments to align procurement activities with school requirements.
Maintain accurate purchasing records and supplier documentation to ensure documentation complies with school policies.
Monitor inventory levels of commonly used supplies and maintain appropriate stock.
Manage and maintain the vendor database to ensure accurate and up-to-date supplier information.
Coordinate with end-users to prepare Term of Reference (ToR), Request for Proposal (RFP), and Request for Quotation (RFQ) in line with procurement requirements.
Manage and oversee the tender process, including invitation, evaluation, and vendor selection in compliance with school policies.
Supervise operations of School Shop and SBRMart (the SBR’s online shop in SBRConnect app).
REQUIREMENT
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Integrity and professionalism
Strong analytical and decision-making skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Minimum 5 years of experience in purchasing function
Familiarity with purchasing software, Microsoft office
Bahasa Indonesia
