DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Lead and manage the Recruitment & Talent Acquisition process to ensure the company attracts and hires the best talents. Drive People Development initiatives including training, career development, succession planning, and performance management. Oversee General Affairs (GA) to ensure smooth company operations including facilities, assets, and employee welfare. Develop and implement Organization Development (OD) strategies to support company growth, transformation, and culture building. Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor law, government regulations, and internal policies. Act as a strategic partner to the Board of Directors in aligning HR strategy with business objectives.
REQUIREMENT

Maximum 50 years old Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or related field from a reputable university (Master’s degree is a plus). Minimum 10 years of experience in HR management (preferably in manufacturing, automotive, or holding company). Proven expertise in recruitment, people development, industrial relations, and organization development. Strong leadership, analytical thinking, decision making, and problem solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
