DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Develop and execute national sales strategies to drive growth and market penetration for home appliance products.
Lead and manage regional and area sales teams to ensure consistent achievement of sales targets.
Identify new business opportunities and develop strategic partnerships with modern and traditional trade channels.
Monitor sales performance, conduct regular sales forecasting, and prepare management reports.
Maintain strong relationships with key accounts, distributors, and retail partners across Indonesia.
Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and product teams to support go-to-market strategies and promotional activities.
Manage national sales budgets, including incentives, trade programs, and promotional spend.
Conduct regular market analysis to stay ahead of industry trends, competition, and consumer behavior.
REQUIREMENT
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. Master’s degree is a plus. Minimum 8 years of experience in sales, with at least 3 years in a national leadership role within the home appliance, electronics, or FMCG industry. Strong network in modern trade and traditional trade channels across Indonesia. Proven track record in leading and scaling nationwide sales operations. Excellent leadership, negotiation, and analytical skills. Willing to travel domestically as needed.
