DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Handle the full spectrum of monthly payroll processing accurately and on time Create and maintain employee records in the payroll system, ensuring timely updates and accuracy Ensure accurate and timely submission of monthly payroll approvals Assist in generating CPF submission files and other statutory contributions Generate payroll reports, including overtime and bonus provisions, as required Address payroll-related inquiries from employees professionally and efficiently Prepare and submit IR8A and tax clearance to IRAS annually Monitor and verify daily attendance for payroll processing Assist in payroll administration and HR-related duties as required
REQUIREMENT

Diploma in Human Resource, Business, or a related field Minimum 1 year of experience in payroll processing or HR duties Familiar with IR8A and tax clearance processes Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to handle confidential information Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Office (Excel) is an advantage
